Her body was his temple

hair, soft and full

one that resembled

virgin wool

skin, moulded by earth

she was rich in culture

but society cursed

those that came before her

her hips swayed

with sophisticated beauty

his eyes traced

each curve on her body

he soon realized

she was the first,

goddess in disguise

she was,

a black woman.

I recently realized the power of doing your own thing. I noticed that not everything you do goes unnoticed. Some of the things you do, can influence others to do the same. Although it is admirable to see people being positively influenced. It is important to also keep all your plans secret. Lesson; “move in silence”.
