Hush child,

For the morning air

Quietly smiled

During Lord’s Prayer

And the air caressed

Your gentle face

As you confessed

While receiving grace

One by one,

You are forgiven.

Church service is done

After an hour of religion.

Over the years I noticed how secularized our society has become. It is almost like the only time God is mentioned is during Sunday mornings, but even those seem shorter these days. Something about religion gives meaning and guidance in life, without it I feel lost.

The mind of a frantic poet. The ambition of an entrepreneur. And lastly, the heart of an old soul.
